For many years, I had a dream of buying a piece of land and building a small home with my partner. Following the four-step plan, I helped my mother find a new home for herself down in Arizona so she could go to school and get away from the Colorado winters. Today, I am sitting in the kitchen of my brand new home after eight months of building!
